These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Midwest Peps website and online store (the “Service”), operated by Midwest Peps LLC (“Midwest Peps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Corporate structure: “Midwest Peps” and “Midwest Peps LLC” refer to the entity doing business as Midwest Peps LLC. Midwest Peps LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of 513 Holding LLC. References in these Terms to “Midwest Peps,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Midwest Peps LLC operating under this ownership structure.

All products offered through the Service are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and reference-standard applications. Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of any disease, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any such purpose.

By purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, that you are an authorized purchaser for a legitimate research institution or laboratory, and that the products will be handled, stored, and used in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, including free shipping and complimentary items, apply only to qualifying orders and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

Payment is processed through our secure checkout at the time of order submission. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Orders are processed same day during normal business hours, subject to verification. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Because our products are laboratory research materials, returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, incorrectly shipped, or otherwise in error. Returns require prior authorization within seven (7) days of delivery. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and software, is the property of Midwest Peps or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Peps disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product specifications, including purity and mass, are stated to the best of our knowledge based on supplier documentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Peps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your access to or use of the Service or any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Midwest Peps and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates — including its parent company, 513 Holding LLC — from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of applicable law.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
